Honda Odyssey 2007Change

This a great family van that served us well for 8 years. Smooth, reliably. Fold down rear seats work great. Can use for 7 people or fold down rear seats and use for storage.

This vehicle is very noisy when driving on highway. Lack of cabin insulation from the engine.

Issues include rear air/heating not blowing (not fixed); power sliding doors that close half-way and then open again (not fixed); 2nd row passenger seat that cannot be folded down, because if it is, it cannot be unfolded (not fixed); ignition switch issue that requires turning key " hard" in order to start vehicle (not fixed); tire pressure light that stays on all winter, despite proper pressure (not fixed).

The Honda dealerships by me have no seasoned mechanics. When my car is in the shop, these guys actually call me back saying they want another $200 - $300 to further investigate the problem. Really? Why should i pay for Honda mechanics education?

Never again will i buy a Honda.

The Odyssey is a beautiful ride, there's no question. It's comfortable and safe and has plenty of storage space. With seating for up to 8 people, it is one of the best options for a family. I admit, the fuel economy isn't fabulous, although it's in the range of what you would expect for a vehicle of this size. I think the fuel economy is still better than a Volvo, and most SUVs, for example.

Beware models with the CD tracks built in behind the navigation screen. Poor design.
Bought 2007 Odyssey Touring van in 2012 from dealer. Very soon, navigation screen wouldn't open, therefore no working navigation system! A few weeks later, navigation screen opened with the button and is functioning; however we don't close screen for fear it won't open again, therefore we can't use CD player behind the screen. We were able to play a CD in the DVD slot; however, recently we had the battery boosted (owner's fault) and since then, the DVD slot doesn't work, therefore no CD, no DVD!
Called HONDA Customer Relations soon after we bought the van and they were TOTALLY unsympathetic - we didn't buy Extended Warranty. (After all, the "Touring" model is all about the nav. and entertainment system).
Another chronic problem with the two vans we have is the driver's doors will hardly stay in place when opened to the maximum.
Without the nav. problems, I would rate the Odyssey close to a 5. We have two Odysseys and may buy another.

Luxury van with entertainment system. Awesome drive. Great for long drives and very comfortable with heated seats and mirrors.This is the best minivan I have ever had.

Odyssey 2007 have option of 8 seats, even with 8 people in it, the van feels very spacious from inside and never looses power.
Great for long drives and family get togethers

I have owned several Hondas and continue to be impressed with the overall reliability. The Odyssey holds a ton and the seats are very comfortable so long trips are a breeze. The 3.5L engine has enough oomph when you need it but it is easy enough on the pocket book. Visibility is good for all angles and the controls are well laid out.

This car is perfect to travel in if you want peace. It moves smoothly on it's wheels and rarely makes a noise. It's performance is good as well, but because of this, it becomes easier to lose fuel faster. The interior and exterior designs are okay.

We bought this van brand new for $42,000 and it was worth every penny. It holds its value. Our kids love it and don't want to part with it but they know we need a truck to haul our new camper around. They will miss the DVD system!!! It is roomy, spacious, and I love the fact that I can hide the seats and haul a ton of items with it...Christmas presents, grocery, IKEA and Home Depot purchases. It is terrific on gas and overall a very comfortable ride.

Amazing looks, very sleek. Fast with a vTec 3.5L Engine. Fuel efficient at about 12L/100km and very comfortable with much space inside

good for summer drives winter everything is stiff and noisey not bad on fuel. pretty good for a minivan.

It is very reliable, comftorable and has lotsof space in the trunk for hockey bags and other things. A great family van.

This vehicle took us to many places comfortably and with piece of mind knowing that it would not give us any trouble on the road. It's 3.5L VCM engine is very powerful, smooth and very good in gas. It has a very good handling, cornering is very sporty and predictable. Comfortable, with it's seven passenger sitting and its rear entertainment system and awesome sound system, going long driving is almost tireless to both driver and passengers. Safety, it has a very reliable and responsive brakes, good body frame and air bags on almost every corners.

The 2007 Honda Odyssey is great vehicle, it is good for 8 passengers. It is so spacious and very comfortable whenever go for long trips. The only complaint of mine is the fuel consumption is relatively high than the other minivan. In conclusion, Odyssey is a great vehicle, it is reliable, durable and very stylish. I strongly recommend this vehicle to everybody.

Powertrain is fantastic... but van is very heavy so gas mileage isn't very good. Interior is very spacious and 2 hockey bags with full gear and sticks will easily fit behind 3rd row... so lots of room! 3rd row folds into floor very easy... would be nice to have 2nd row do the same, a/c and heat are the best I've ever had for any vehicle and the temps here in Wpg range from 100F down to -45F.. never a problem.. sliding door cables wear out or break prematurely and are expensive to fix! same problem with the motor mounts... brakes for this generation are poor and need replacing more often ... windshield sprayer nozzles are in the hood and barely spray the upper part of the windshield when van is moving.. great looking van, but is too expensive for what you get and too many issues.. I'd never buy another.

Moved tons of kids, furniture, toys, with 0 problems!!! Liked it so much we now own a 2012 version and it is even better.!

This is a very comfortable van that can fit 7 people, 8 if we put in the extra seat in the middle. It's really nice to drive. Fuel economy is not so good though even though it switches to "economy mode" when you are driving on highways. I guess that is to be expected of minivans in general.

Lots of interior room and lots of spaces where you can put water bottle, knickknacks, etc. Rear seats are foldable in case you need more cargo space. No regrets in getting this van.
