Honda Civic 2000Change

Steady, reliable, gutsy (despite low HP) since I bought it new.
Great car!!! Fabulous fuel economy. No repairs except regular maintenance.
This car feels like a pair of comfortable old jeans. :)
It's got 333,000 kms and just keeps going. But it's time for something new.
After such a great experience, I find it tough to seriously consider anything other than another Honda. Despite reading and viewing reams of online reviews and videos of Honda's competition in the compact and SUV segments.
No competitor seem to measure up to the iconic reliability, engine, tight handling and serious ride of a Honda!

I have drove this car for 6 years without major issue. it is a very good small car for small family or students

some parts of engine are rusty because I bought in Toronto.
I drive this car for one year, both in Toronto and Vancouver. It serves me very well, and it is very reliable. No need to repair, just drive! To sell out this car and i will buy a new car~

In September. 2014 I drove from Toronto to Vancouver! Almost 4900 km!

It works very well and saves me a lot of money on the gas!

New Michelin tiers front and rear(<8000 km)!

I changed brand new breaks front and rear(<8000 km)!

Passed out of province inspection and now it has BC plate!

bulletproof Honda reliability, these last forever pretty much if you take care of them. has a tiny 1.6l engine that gets fuel economy comparable to modern compacts...

I have had this car for about 3 years now and it has been highly dependable and great on fuel. It has started even on the coldest of winter mornings and actually warms up before you get to your destination. I only didn't give 5 stars on the comfort rating because I am a fairly tall person and find the head space to be a bit lacking when my hair is up. This is the perfect car for new drivers who need something economical and dependable. If anything goes wrong Honda parts are easy to find, cheap, and easy to fix!

I have driven different models of CIVIC but this is amazing. You enjoy a real drive.Its simply a COMFORT driving A CIVIC

This is the best means of transportation. Cheap on Gas and has low KM. Great for long distance driving.

This car keeps impressing me. I usually have full size car but this little machine keeps passing the other cars and keeps on driving. With over 284,000 KM on it, it just doesn't want to give up.

Amazing car! Even though i have only hard the car for 9 months, it exceeded my expectations. No a single mechanical issue, and run amazing on gas.

My experience with the car is great. it gave me no problems at all. It is a very smooth drive. The fuel in the car lasts me about a week in a bit. To fill up the tank of gas is only $50.00. Its in great condition.

Hard to describe in words! Powerful sound system! It has two 15 inch alpines with a huge custom made box! Looks like a solid and reliable car!

This baby has a couple of scuffs, but has been great for the past few years. Needed to replace the clutch, but besides that has been running just fine. Nothing fancy, but a great cheap ride for.

I love this car, 5 speed drives pretty sporty – this model has wishbone suspension for a more rigid feel when cornering.

this 200 Honda civic ex that I got was worth the money that I have spent for my first car but it is time to move. I felt that this car was very reliable even though it is 13 years old

This car has served me well. Absolutely no problems. Regular scheduled maintenance has been followed. It handles great and is very efficient. Will miss my little baby!!

I always wanted to own this model! Its a lovely car! I bought it stock car from first owner. Its one of the car i have always admired. Its engine revs very good.

Had one for a few years and never let me down. I would reccommend this car to anyone facing harsh winters cause this car always started for me no problems. As a person who knows very little about car maintenance this car served me very well as it was easy to care for. I enjoyed the look of it very much.

The 2000 Honda Civic is a very reliable car, sure it may look ugly but when you take good care of it it last you a life time. It is front wheel drive wich dosent make it an ideal car for Canadian winters.

The first reason for buying a Honda Civic is the fact it is Japanese. The Japanese are re-knowned for building cars that are are of exceptional quality that will run, and run, and run. The Japanese don't make cars that are as solidly built as German cars, such as BMW or Audi, nor do the Japanese build cars with luxurious interiors like the Brits do, the Japanese do, however, build cars with engines that are tough, durable and bullet proof.

Just because Japanese cars aren't as solid as German cars or as luxurious as some British cars, it doesn't mean Japanese cars are poorly made and uncomfortable at all. Oh no, the build quality and interior of Japanese cars are more than adequate for the needs of most people, and if oyu buy a Japanese car you won't be disappointed, it's just that there are other manufacturers that do better.

well i have bought this car couple of months ago and have put a lot of time and work on it.This car is very smooth in driving and some time very aggressive(depending upon your mood).A must have for project car

I love my lil' lucky green civic - 400,000 km and still running. Mind you there is zero power - which has probably saved me from getting any speeding tickets.... and its tinny, noisy...wouldn't want to be involved in an accident against an SUV... but reliability to the max. I've saved thousands of $$ with this car vs any other model. Love it!

this car is the most reliable car i have owned. ive had it for 12 years and it hasnt given any major problems, except for regualar maintenance issues. ive driven it long distance, and ive driven it in the city, this car is a great ride.

This was my first car I ever owned and I got it while I was in college. It has 92K miles currently and I think it can go another 11 years and 100k easily. I did have to rebuild the transmission 2 years ago due to my lazy upkeep and the short stop-n-go trips I had to work and back. I decided to go ahead with the expense because of the sentimental reasons and during the past 2 years it's been real reliable since I moved farther away from work it's now a 12 mile hw commute instead of 3. The weatherstripping along the doors has cracked exposing the chrome below due to the car being parked in the sun most of the time. Still this car has been awesome, 32-35mpg and I enjoy driving it everyday.
