Ford Focus 2013Change

This car has been terrific. In the 4 years we have owned it we have had only one minor issue outside of regular maintenance. I would recommend it to anyone looking for basic comfort and good fuel economy.

Please do not waste your time buying a car like this. I've had nothing but problems in the last 2 years of owning it. I've had to get the clutch replaced, the computer reprogrammed while still on warranty, and now I'm paying out $1500 to get the computer reprogrammed again. Don't let the flashy items inside the car fool you. Ford spent too much money on the interior, not enough on making sure the thing runs properly

Great little car, bought used in September 2016 and no major issues since purchase. Its fun to drive for a 4 Cylinder car, and great on gas. I'd definitely recommend this car to any first time car buyers.

Never any problems with this car. Great car for getting around economically with good fuel efficiency.

The CVT is terrible, acceleration if you have to slow down and start again, it will be very jumpy or without power for several seconds, there is no middle ground.

In the 4 years I have had it, had 2 issues with the direction. I expected better reliability. I don't hit pot holes, very careful about this. I have never had to fix my direction like this before, on much older cars included !

Oversteering during acceleration is pretty bad.

The sync system, voice recognition is terrible, you have to learn it's language, it will not learn yours. I had several freeze ups on my USB key music. (you have to make sure that your media files do not have unwanted characters in the meta data). Doesn't like hot days, about 30C, ahahah Have fun getting your sync to work.

Bluetooth, after 4 years starts to forget my phone whenever it feels like it... (I did a factory reset of the phone thinking it was the problem, no go.)

Otherwise, it's an ok car, good gaz mileage with the cruise control, no so city friendly,

It's easy to drive. Good looking with affordable price. I use this car every single day and night. I'm happy to own this car, and would like to share my opinions. This car also have cheaper insurance rates. The drawback may resulted from the fuel efficiency, which is not so good.

This car has great fuel economy. It is very reliable and hardly ever break down. I like the design of it. The trunk fits quite a lot of stuff in it. It is great for travelling. There is a lot of leg room in it and the seats easily recline and are very comfortable. I like the different colours it comes in,. It is very reasonably priced.

Really poor peformance, brand new and stalls all the time. Had to fix the clutch on it at 55,000km.

Very unreliable, sometimes goes backwards when you are stopped at an incline even though its suppose to be "automatic".

Probably dangerous to drive, but I already bought it and there is no returns.

Don't buy.

For close to $30k for a Focus, you'd expect a little bit better build quality than a Lada. At 40,000km the rust started and Ford Canada would do NOTHING about it because it hadn't "rusted through". Just shameful build quality. Now, it was fun to drive with plenty of "get-up-and-go", but that's where the positives stop for this car. Boost lag is terrible as well. The fit and finish was simply awful on this car. If you've never experienced a "well built car", you MIGHT be impressed by the ST. If you're after a turbo car, buy literally ANYTHING else. This will leave you with miles of repairs, rough idles, and failed sound symposers. Yes, that's a thing.

Purchased the car with ease. It was delivered to my expectation. I have never had any car malfunctions. Very efficient on gas. Smooth to drive. The 5 speed transmission gives complete driving control of the car. The mechanics and structure of the car have stood to my expectations. The features within the car are positioned conveniently. The car is user friendly, easy to fit into parking spaces. Hatchback!!! Back seats fold down for occasional large loads. I have been very pleased with my purchase and feel happy to have made it.

I had a great ride with this car. Small enough to park anywhere but big enough to make me feel safe on the road. Always there to get me out of a jam with some serious speed and agility. Great sunroof for the summer. While the dashboard could be better, great speakers and very intuitive controls.

Hard to use only 100 letters. Just over 2 yearrs old and transmission is faulty. They patch it after another 8000 km. Now I am over 100,000 km, warranty over because I needed to wait for a part. They will not honour warranty. Still paying for a car I cannot drive! Nobody willing to help. Customer Service doesn't return calls. Leave message after message. They want me to pay $725 + tax to tear it apart then they will let me know if they can help me. I pay $340.00 @ month on payments, who can afford that cost as well? I went in at 90,000 km. In December of 2015. Part arrived late Fevruary of 2016, I was now at 98,000 km. After part was put in I returned at 100,350 km. They said no longer under warranty. Wow, just got to love Ford, NOT. Car was alright, but they used cheap parts. Service is terrible. They are always scheduling weeks ahead for service, that should ttell us something. Their vehicles always need repair. This transmission is a problem, just google Ford Focus, transmission and see what pops up. Could continue but I think you get my drift-----NOT A GREAT CHOICE IF YOU WANT RELIABLE!!

this car is an absolute pleasure to drive. it is super sad to see it go. it is incredibly good on gas. and has the pickup to call it a sports car. the ride quality is quite nice with the car. its not too stiff. the sound system is very nice.

I drive this car everywhere. It is good on gas and very reliable. It gives you a very smooth quiet ride. I really like this car.

My Focus Titanium 5 door Car has been very reliable. The high speed suspension handles especially well although it can be a rougher ride than a standard suspension. I picked the 5 speed manual transmission, and if I have a complaint on this car you its that you can not drive it with winter boots on as the Gas, Clutch and Brake are to close together.On the first snowfall I had my winter boots on and had a very hard time driving the vehicle to and from work that day. Another problem I see is that the front windshield is very large making it a rock magnet . I had to replace my first windshield at 130 km. I also recieved another crack at around 2000 km that cant be fixed other than replacing the windshield. I dont know though. Could just be bad luck. Gas mileage is also lower than advertised.

This is a wonderful car but is ment for shorter people, if you have long legs and are tall it does not give you much room at all. However it is great on gas and has a wonderful look to in on the inside.

Purchased this to replace our 2004 focus. This is our daily commuter. What a difference! Great car, quiet, refined, lots of toys, excellent mileage (8.4L/100KM with just 2000 KM in the clock). The DCT transmission is amazing. Manual shift feeling without the hassle of a clutch, yet still can shift manually in sport mode. Self parking is awesome. Great stereo, MFT and Sync is easy to use and useful. Really happy with the car.

After being a Import Racer " Tuner " for years and driving everything from Honda to Acura to a Toyota Supra with the Twin Turbo's and even Subaru WRSX . This new Focus has literally blown my mind as soon as I sat in the Leather Recaro heated racing seats the race car feeling was growing and looking down at all the Performance gauges including the Turbo Boost gauge I just new this car would be a eye opener for me. When I started the 2.0L turbo with 252hp and 278 ft.lbs of torque I felt excitement as I shifted in first gear as I hit the highway it roared to life as I hit the speed in mere seconds, I was pulling away from V8's with zero hesitation and to think this is a 4 cylinder engine. OMG!! This is a street legal race car. I felt the torque vector control and the responsive handling I knew I was hooked on this Ford. So if your into the Tuner Scene I advise you all to take a look at the all new 2013 Ford Focus ST. I find myself sitting in my shop anticipating my next drive.

l love the focus and had a older one before and no problems at all. Very easy to maintain.With the 2013 l love what they havve built,looks very sporty.

with this car i loved it i could not ask for a better car its one of the best car u can ask for if you are looking to buy a ford car by the ford focus 2013 u will not be disappointing it will make u feel like your the best driver out there with this car

Ive had my new focus for 2 weeks now and couldnt be happier. It drives very smoothly an the gas mileage is exceptional. The new design for 2013 gives it a very sporty look and the interior is very well laid out. I recommend this car to any potential buyers :)

it was amazing i loved the car so much it was nice to drive and it was a good day when i bought it. i loved it so very much ford id an amazing job at making this car im really impressed

I tried this car and I could easy constant that it is the best improved car in last ten years. The interior design is became modern, technology is at it's best and it keep in mind the responsive engine. The trim quality is good and is has a good price for the equipment.
