PriusV Mega fuel savings November 22, 2017
Overall Score
This was the first exerience with a Hybrid car; I saw the Prius in a showroom and fell in love with the sleek look and fuel economy, plus a chance to help environment. The car does not dissapoint on fuel economy, instant savings on your fuel costs, but less savings than the other Prius models for sure. I handles well, and does not suffer the dreaded blind spots the other Prius models have. It has great storage capacity; with rear fold-down seats and high cabin space you can stow quite a bit making it the great choice for those long camping hauls or up to the cottage. The flaw I find with the car include it's scariness to drive in wind due to it's light frame; when driving in windy cnditions the car is easily buffeted and feels like you're bouncing all over. The positioning of the buttons designed to take to from power/electric and ECO mode are in poor positioning, nugged right beside the driver coffee holder, and very suseptible to spills (my buttons are mostly stuck for this reason). But if you're a person who likes the outdoors this is a wonderful car to drive!
