Updates are in trim for the 2015 Durango, Dodge's full-size SUV. Engine choices are a 3.6-litre Pentastar V6 with 290 hp and 260 lb-ft of torque, or a 5.7-litre Hemi V8 good for 360 hp and 390 lb-ft. The sole transmission is an eight-speed automatic; all-wheel drive is standard, but only Hemi-powered models get a two-speed transfer case with low-range gearing.

Trim levels are SXT, Limited, R/T and Citadel.

Standard equipment includes seven-passenger seating, 12-way power driver's seat with lumbar, Uconnect 5.0 with five-inch touchscreen, Bluetooth with streaming audio function, USB input, SD card slot, auxiliary input jack, satellite radio, seven-inch customizable gauge cluster, auto-dimming rearview mirror, leather-wrapped steering wheel with paddle shifters, remote-folding head restraints on third-row seats, 60/40 split fold-and-tumble second row seats, fold-flat front passenger seat, two 12-volt power outlets, tri-zone automatic climate control, power windows with one-touch up/down, illuminated entry, front and rear LED interior lighting, ambient lighting and illuminated cupholders, tilt-and-telescoping steering, 18-inch wheels, automatic headlights, LED taillights, body-colour side mirrors and door handles, power-adjustable and heated manual-folding side mirrors, bright roof rack side rails, power-locking fuel door and capless filler, driver's knee blocker airbag, intelligent keyless entry, and tire pressure monitoring display.

The move up to Limited trim brings polished aluminum wheels, heated front and second-row seats, heated steering wheel, driver seat memory, 10-way power front passenger seat, premium interior door trim, rear park assist and backup camera, auto-dimming driver's side mirror, side mirror-mounted turn signal repeaters, remote start and alarm, garage door opener, LED daytime running lights, 115-volt auxiliary power outlet, and dual USB charging ports.

R/T models add the V8 engine, 20-inch wheels, nine-speaker stereo, HID auto-levelling headlights, body-colour wheel lips, front and rear fascia and grille surround, power tailgate, two-speed transfer case, performance-tuned steering, heavy duty brakes, sport suspension with rear auto-levelling, and power-adjustable steering column.

Finally, Citadel trim includes Nappa performated leather seats and steering wheel, ventilated front seats, sunroof, navigation-ready Uconnect 8.4 multimedia centre, automatic wipers, leather-trimmed armrest and door panels, cargo cover and net, and bright grille, side mirrors and door handles.
