Redesigned 2022 Genesis G70 Priced, More V6 Availability

Genesis has redesigned the G70 sedan for 2022, including an all-new infotainment display and standard Highway Driving Assist. With the new styling and added tech comes a new price, and the 2022 Genesis G70 starts from $45,000 with the brand's all-inclusive pricing.
That's $2,000 more than last year's car, but it does include extensive upgrades starting with the new styling that adds quad-LED head and taillights to bring it more in line with the rest of the new Genesis family as well as a new Crest Grille and revised fender vents. Inside, the G70 gets a freshening thanks to the new 10.25-inch infotainment screen as well as the brand's Highway Driving Assist hands-on lane-keeping and adaptive cruise control system.
As before, two powertrains are offered on the 2022 G70: a 2.0L turbo-four and 3.3L twin-turbo V6, both with an eight-speed automatic. Availability of the V6 is expanded and made more affordable for 2022, with the 3.3T Prestige model dropped in place of 3.3T Advanced, 3.3T Sport, and 3.3T Launch Edition. At $54,500, the 3.3T Advanced makes stepping up to the V6 $1,500 cheaper than in 2021.
Genesis pricing is all-inclusive, meaning no additional destination or similar fees, while five years of scheduled maintenance and Genesis at Home concierge services are also included.
The 2.0L models will be available to pre-order next month, while Genesis says the V6 can be reserved now. A full list of features as well as when to expect the cars to arrive at Genesis stores were not revealed.
