The 2025 Ford Bronco Sport has been updated with a new off-road package and wide-sweeping technology upgrades.
Minor but impactful visual and functional changes help the little Bronco Sport look more like its big Bronco sibling by allowing for more customization from owners.
The Bronco Sport Outer Banks and Badlands, already the most capable versions in the compact SUV lineup, are now available with a Sasquatch package, which takes inspiration from the big Bronco and increases their off-road abilities. This is the first time the Sasquatch package is being offered on the Bronco Sport, and it includes auxiliary switches to enable easier personalization and accessory installation, 29-inch all-terrain tires, a new Rally mode tailored for high-speed performance on sandy terrain, Bilstein rear shocks, new front and rear springs with increased suspension travel, a mean-looking front brush guard, steel skid plates, modular, accessory-ready front and rear bumpers, four recovery points, and steel bash plates.
For Bronco Sport drivers who don’t need the full capability of the Sasquatch package, a new Black Diamond Off-Road package adds four recovery points, underbody protection, and an increased towing capacity of up to 2,200 lbs when properly equipped.
Updates to the entire lineup include a new off-road mode, an available 360-degree camera with trail view that helps drivers place their wheels correctly while parking and off-roading, and a one-pedal driving mode for off-roading. A larger 13.2-inch is now standard (Ford claims it’s the largest in its class) and gets new wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay capability, as well as a new accessory-ready tray for your own devices like an action camera or a dashcam.
All 2025 Ford Bronco Sports also now come standard with the brand’s full suite of safety and driver assistance technology called Ford Co-Pilot360 Assist+, which includes automatic high beams, blind spot monitoring with cross-traffic alert, a lane-keeping system, automatic emergency braking with pedestrian detection, rear parking sensors, adaptive cruise control with stop-and-go functionality and lane centring, and evasive steering assist. The system on the Bronco Sport Badlands adds a standard 360-degree camera, reverse brake assist, and speed sign recognition, and can also be added to the Outer Banks trim.
The 2025 Ford Bronco Sports will be available in November, but the Sasquatch package doesn’t arrive until the first quarter of 2025. Pricing will be announced closer to those dates.
