Korean luxury automaker Genesis has debuted its updated G70 compact sedan, which arrives with revised exterior styling and a bevy of other changes.
The most prominent change applied to the 2022 Genesis G70 is the restyled front fascia, which incorporates the brand's large new grille that is also seen on the latest Genesis G80 and G90 models. The grille is flanked by a pair of dual-segment LED headlights on either side, while the lower bumper gets a sporty-looking restyle with a big lower air dam and large side air intakes.
Out back, the 2022 Genesis G70 gets the brand's new quad taillight treatment, also seen on the latest G80 and G90, along with a different bumper and rear diffuser.
Inside, the sedan gets a slight makeover with a redesigned centre console/dash layout that incorporates a new 10.25-inch touchscreen display. The only other notable change inside is the wireless charging pad, which now has a horizontal layout that can accommodate larger smartphones.
Genesis says the new G70 will begin to arrive at Canadian dealerships sometime in 2021. Check back to autoTRADER.ca for more information on this upcoming sedan with regard to availability, powertrains, and pricing.
