Jaguar showed off their all-new and first-ever SUV, the F-Pace, today, at dealers across Canada. Jaguar hopes the new compact luxury crossover will attract new customers to the brand in much the same way that every luxury automaker has done in the last few years. The F-Pace will be available with three engine choices, the 20d, 35t, and S. All come with all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic. The 20d is a 2.0L turbocharged four-cylinder diesel making 180 hp. The 35t gets a 3.0L supercharged gas V6 making 340 hp, and the S bumps the V6 up to 380 hp.
Base 20d is the $49,900 F-Pace Premium. That gets you 19-inch wheels, 10-way power adjustable seats, dual-zone climate, and a 5.0-inch colour display for the audio system. Optional is a $1,250 cold climate pack with heated front windshield, seats and steering wheel. There is a $1,900 vision pack with bi-xenon headlights, blind spot monitor and rear cross-traffic alert. A navigation system is $800.
20d Prestige is $54,400 and has bi-xenon headlights, leather seats, and interior lighting. Adaptive dampers are available for $1,000. A vision pack is $2,200 comes with LED headlights, front and rear parking sensors, and blind spot monitoring. Ventilated front and heated rear seats along with perforated leather and rear seats with electric recline come in a comfort and convenience pack for $3,100. Finally, the technology pack is $3,100 and has a 12.3-inch instrument display screen, enhanced navigation, and an 825-watt Meridian Stereo. F-Pace 20d R-Sport ($59,900) has 20-inch wheels, an R-sport body kit, bi-xenon headlights, and perforated leather seats. Adaptive dampers, comfort and convenience pack ($1,900), and technology pack are available. There is also a $2,100 luxury pack with four-zone climate control, premium carpets, air quality sensor, suede headliner, and cooled glovebox. Surround camera, 360-degree parking aid, traffic sign recognition, and adaptive cruise are available for $3,100, as is the $3,100 tech pack. F-Pace 35t is available in the same Premium ($53,900), Prestige ($58,400), and R-Sport ($63,900) as the 20d, and is similarly equipped.
F-Pace S starts at $66,400 and has 20-inch wheels, an S body kit, LED headlights, 14-way adjustable leather and suede sport seats, and adaptive dampers. Optional is a comfort and convenience pack with heated rear seats, electric recline rear seats, and gesture tailgate ($1,900). Luxury pack, driver assist pack, and technology packs are also available.
