American Honda Motor Co. remains exclusive automotive partner of NHL in the United States
Honda Canada has announced they will become the official automotive partner of the NHL north of the border this year after American Honda Motor Co. extended their agreement with the league. This includes advertising on NHL partner networks, NBC in the US and Rogers SportsNet in Canada, as well as a significant presence online and in social media.
“Hockey is a defining aspect of our culture and our relationship with the NHL is something we’re very proud of,” said Dave Gardner, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Honda Canada Inc. in a prepared release today.
“Whether you’re a player or a spectator, hockey is something millions of Canadians are passionate about and that same level of excitement runs deep within Honda.”
Honda is also the primary automotive sponsor of the Toronto Blue Jays.
