I have had this car for 5 years now (never winter driven) and I still love it. The styling is unmatched even today. The interior was an afterthought by GM it seems, but that just adds to the true quirky roadster appeal I think. Out of the box, the GXP 2.0L turbo was excellent and after a few modifications (exhaust, K&N, Westers Custom Tune) the car is a little rocket now. The factory suspension is adequate but should have been upgraded more than it was for the GXP models and performance tires should have been included. The car is excellent on long journeys but you need to pack light. The monsoon stereo system is very good as well for a factory radio. Hopefully I will have many more summers to enjoy this little car.

Amazing vehicle! I own a 2007 Solstice with 50,000 kilometers on it, never driven past October or before May.

Beautiful styling, excellent performance and impeccable design! I don't know why General Motors discontinued manufacturing this little gem!

Plays the sports car role well. Does not have too many luxuries, so don't expect a Mercedes or BMW or Porsche experience.

However - it has all the power you need, all the handling you need, and keeps up with many fast, more expensive cars! At the track, I hear comments like 'man that's fast' as I keep up with Porsches.

Only complaint - suspension was poorly designed, and they should have selected better tires. Change those two components and you are easily in Porsche territory for handling!
