Nissan Altima 2012Change

I've been driving this car for more than 4 years without any repairs. Great, reliable family car. Smooth ride, good fuel economy. Very pleased with the purchase.

This car has been very satisfying for us . However we need an SUV since we live out in the country and have to travel off-road like driveways.Otherwise it is a very nice comfortable car!
There is absolutely nothing wrong with it...

I rent lots of cars and the nissan altima was by far my favorite. The look the handling and even the stereo had nice sound! If id buy a car this what id buy! Its affordable.

Aside from the fact that the battery died a few times this past winter, the car runs great. It drives smooth over many bumpy roads. The inside is nice, but could be more stylish. A perk in the interior is that the amount of space you get, making this car a good car for families.

I've owned the car for about a year now, and have had no major problems with it - be it starting at -20 degrees or breaking on black ice, it's designed to face the elements and conquer them. Driving around is comfortable and efficient for both city traffic and long drives. There is the perfect number of cup holders, and the sun blockers are more flexible than one would expect. It is a slick looking car, and owning it makes me feel proud.

I have had this car for a year and have had no problems with it. I have the 2.5 se and can do 800 to 1000 kms per tank of gas depending on conditions and traffic

The Altima is just what anyone needs for a long drive. It has an elegant and comfortable interior as well as a nice looking exterior. The legroom is perfect and the seats can be adjusted to fit anyone's needs. The cup holders and storage area's by the dashboard can be closed so as not to take up any space. The Altima is just great for a family of 5, it is a family sized sedan. The engine, a V4, is nothing special and it whines from time to time, however; overall the Altima is a great sedan.

The key indicator light came on several times and I needed to replace a part three times. It was covered under warranty but creates a hassle to bring it to the dealer for fixing.
Other than that it is a very good car, great value for money.

Excellent road car, super for in-town driving. Lots of useful gadgets. The tip in is very quick, though, and care is needed when moving away from stop lights not to be mistaken for a hot blooded youth. Surprising power for a 4 cylinder, and the CVT transmission is butter smooth. Has handled highway passing moves with alacrity.

Recently drove the Altima for a week. Very iressed with the handling and suspension. Comfortable ride.

I have purchased the car in July and essentially I only have good comments about it. It's very comfortable and roomy. All features are at arms length. Its fuel economy is impressive with minimum impact on performance. It is very stable in curves and holds on well on slippery roads. We just returned from driving to New York and back, and suffered no leg, neck or back pains. For 100 miles, I had a chance to tilt the passenger seat down and enjoy a most relaxing siesta. The trunk and glove compartment are very roomy and the back seat have plenty of leg rooms. It's exterior look is modern. It's has lots of warning bells.

The best part about this car is that it's smooth, reliable and is quite affordable as well. it's great for people who want a reliable, safe, great car (with great exterior/interior too!) with an affordable price. i definetley recommend it!

I only have 5000 km on the car. It have been trouble free with no warranty issues. Lots of room, very quiet and comfortable. Handles well and has plenty of power for a four cylinder.

What I like:

-Key-less/remote-less entry (even the basic model)
-Fuel economy
-Very Spacious

What needs improvement:

-The interior could use some work. It is very boring and dull. But they have fixed the interior with the new model (2013).
-Driver seat needs to be more comfortable
-Don't like the way the CVT engine sounds. The car is at 20k and it already sounds like it has over 100k on it.

Verdict: Get the 2013 model if you can.

I drove this car as rental on a business trip and was pleased with the comfort it provided.

It was spacious, offered enough power to navigate around vehicles on the highway and held the road well as I was driving in the rain for most of the trip.

I can't help but feel there is room for improvement on fuel efficiency but I do have a habit of reaching the speed limit quickly....
