Lincoln 1967-2017Change

Found this car to be reliable , excellent on gas and comfortable for adults and children and pets. Very stylish .

The Lincoln stretch town car is in excellent condition with a great selling price. It is automatic with full entertainment set, very clean , amazing interior design with leather seats and excellent exterior style .

This car is very comfortable and great handling. Suspension and steering is very tight and a pleasure to drive.
Gas mileage is approx. 12L per 100 km. That would be the one area where I think it could be improved upon.

The best sedan for livery service use.inexpensive to maintain and it just keeps on going.comfortable ride and large trunk for luggage.

This is my second Lincoln MKX. I would buy it again, and I would recommend it to friends and family.

Car lives up to all expectations I've had. Luxury features that perform well. The only glitch I've encountered is the syncing system for the Bluetooth. This is my second Lincoln and I think the previous sync worked more reliably than this one. That said, a beautiful ride and still turning heads. 2017 is a redesign year and the front end is eye catching.

Reliable, comfortable, rugged in design and classy. An SUV with utmost pride in design. The power controls of almost all the functions make it exceptionally comfortable. Low fuel consumptions on highways are added to the ruggedness on a long distance travel. The solid finishing of the exterior design still makes the model classic compared to the recent models.

It drives smoothly and has a beautiful look to it. The black leather interior is beautiful but I personally prefer beige so I rated 4 stars for that. It is a very reliable car and drives smoothly. Comfort is beyond 5 stars with all the added features such as GPS, bluetooth to connect your phone or ipod and heated/cooled seats. It could be more fuel efficient, it's average in that department, but this also depends on your preference.

Never had a worry when turning the key on in this vehicle .A very reliable vehicle and great on gas. A super comfortable ride on short or long trips.
We had all the extras that could come along with this vehicle which made it an even more enjoyable SUV for traveling in.
With the removable 3rd row bench seat it added even more space when needed.

At just over 100000k the AWD transfer case burnt up. There was a recall on this part but not on my serial number. $2000 repair. Suspension issues as well.

4th LSC that I have owned, if compressor, air lines and solenoids are serviced, the air springs will last 20 years.

Smooth ride. Never any mechanical issues. AWD makes it very dependable in deep snow. Children really love the dual DVD player in the back seat which can be played over the sound system or headphones.

Very, very comfortable easy and a pleasure to drive great on gas I just like it. Definitely family luxurious travel vehicle, quality, and comfort.

With a 5.4L V8 engine and air ride suspension, you have all the power you need and a smooth ride with it. It's a comfortable ride that seats 7. Lots of room for friends and family and with the tow package, you can pull your toys behind you.

A lot of fun to drive . A real showstopper. Very smooth and comfortable drive. Beautiful classic vehicle.

Reliable, excellent shape, looks and feels like new, record of maintenance available.This vehicle never let me down in any way. To appreciate this vehicle, it must be seen and/or driven.

Bought it used from an elderly couple. The car was perfect in appearance. 30 000km. Before 40 000km the air conditioning system needed a $1500.00 repair. At 45 000km the engine had a major failure. Rocker arm broke. Cost $1800.00 to repair. Now at 55 000km the air has ceased to function. I am shocked as these vehicles have been around unchanged really since 1998. I thought that I was buying a reliable vehicle. I do not trust it now. Only use it for city travel. I have owned many Ford/Lincoln vehicles. This one is the only bad one.

I am always on the road. I have put 180k on my MKS.I have had NO problems whatsoever with this car. I had a LS before this one. Of course the MKS is a more comfortable ride. With adaptive cruise it saves me a lot of radar worries. Everything works great. THX sound system makes my long drives enjoyable, Moon roof is nice, not sure I would purchase again. The AWD with snow tires and rims work great when the roads get messy. Too bad they are stopping production. Looking forward to the continental.

Love this car. Lots of power and lots of tech stuff like Blind spot alerts,adaptive cruise and sport ride which tightens suspension ,steering and gear ratios to get really sporty....Bucket seats in the back provide tons of room for passengers.

I have owned the 2011 version of the MKS for about a year now.
Hands down the most comfortable, smooth riding, tech savvy, powerful ride on the market. Especially for the price tag. The back end closely resembles that of a maserati and driving this beast around town makes one feel very accomplished.

This car is very "business class" and is the ultimate luxury vehicle for only around $24k.

I absolutely love everything about my Lincoln MKX. Definitely a worth while upgrade from the Ford Edge. The exterior is much more attractive than the Edge and the interior is no comparison! The MKX has a beautiful dash and super comfortable leather seats. I have read reviews complaining about the SYNC system, but honestly I had no issues with it at all. I did experience a lag time in the navigation system once, but a quick trip to the shop for a free upgrade to the system fixed it up. I would definitely recommend this car to anyone looking for a 5 seat crossover. Great for older couples (my in-laws love theirs), and also great for families! We fit our two large carseats in the back very easily, with lots of room in the hatch to accommodate our large strollers or a stock up trip to Costco ;). I can not say enough good things about this car!

A wonderful experience , drives very well , always feel very secured in toughest of winter weather or slippery road conditions,never had any issues as always very stable .MY wife & kids feel the same way and are sad to let it go . Loaded with all what we could wish for with remote start to heated OR cooled seats , navigation system, blue tooth,exceptional sound system, CD player & radio plus a beautiful leather package and wood trims.

The Good:
Even though my MKX is only the base model of the lineup, it comes with plenty of features. From heated and cooled seats to bluetooth, this car is loaded for a base model (as it should be for a starting price that is pushing $50,000.) Gorgeous interior styling and leather seats need to be maintained very well to prevent excessive fading and deterioration over time (dash, seats, leather wheel, etc.) Excellent exterior styling, which still looks modern and luxurious 7 years later.

The Bad:
Poor reliability and expensive maintenance. Shortly after purchasing the vehicle (used in 2013), I had to have the gas tank ripped out and replaced due to a leak. I received a recall notice for leaking tanks on this particular model a full year later. Rust began to show through the paint above the rear driver-side wheel well in 2014 and was repaired (costly; $1,300), only to come back after that same winter, along with rust beginning to appear on the passenger side. Paint began peeling off the front bumper around small stone chips, causing an unsightly mess that I paid to have repainted. I had to drop $5,000 in repairs this week alone after my transmission failed prematurely (158k), needing a full rebuild and a break booster and break switch had to be replaced, all at once.
I am looking to replace this car before I have to throw more money at it to keep it running; however, I am facing poor resale value. The idea was to spend some extra money to buy a solid, reliable used car that would last me through my university career, which it did not; this vehicle chose to be a poor decision. I doubt I'll be buying another Ford product again, despite how much I loved this car.

A real Highway cruiser. Not so bad on gas once on the Highway 8l/100. Very reliable V8 engine.
Might be a bit too long for city parking (Montreal)
