For 2010, the Lexus IS lineup grows with the addition of the IS 250 C and IS 350 C retractable hardtop convertible models. The sedan models now come with standard XM satellite radio and USB port, and a de-icer at the base of the windshield, along with an available F Sport Package that adds items such as F-Sport alloy wheels, premium seats, aluminum sport pedals, unique grille and spoilers, wallet-size smart key card, auto-dimming exterior mirrors with reverse tilt function, rain-sensing wipers, stainless steel scuff plates, and adaptive bi-xenon headlamps.
The IS lineup consists of the IS 250, in rear- or all-wheel drive; the IS 350, in rear-wheel drive, the IS F, in rear-wheel drive, and the IS 250 C and IS 350 C convertibles, in rear-wheel drive. The IS 250 models use a 2.5-litre V6 with six-speed manual or optional six-speed automatic in rear-wheel, and six-speed automatic in all-wheel; the IS 350 models use a 3.5-litre V6 with six-speed automatic; and the IS F uses a 5.0-litre V8 with eight-speed automatic transmission.
Features on the IS 250 RWD include 16-inch alloy wheels, dual-zone automatic climate control, six-CD/MP3 stereo with auxiliary input and XM satellite radio, USB audio port, sport cloth seats, rear seat pass-through, power locks with keyless entry, auto up/down on all windows, leather-wrapped steering wheel with tilt and telescopic column and audio controls, pushbutton start, cruise control, driver and passenger knee airbags, first-aid kit, heated mirrors, variable intermittent wipers, light control system and fog lamps.
The IS 250 AWD adds 17-inch alloy wheels and power driver's seat.
The IS 350 adds ten-way power heated leather seats and wallet-size smart card key.
The IS 250 C and IS 350 C are equipped similarly, but add 18-inch alloy wheels.
The IS F builds on the IS 350 and adds 19-inch lightweight alloy wheels, Brembo brakes, eight-way heated leather seats with memory, auto-dimming rearview mirror, three-spoke ISF wheel, garage door opener, power sunroof, and adaptive auto-levelling bi-xenon headlamps with washers.
