The Rx-7 is great looking car, good handling and powerful. Pieces are easy to find everywhere. The engine don't blowup easily but don't push it to his limits too long.

I enjoyed driving it. It was a decent ride,not bad handling,or speed. Comfortable to drive in and not bad on the looks. My friends loved getting rides around town,jealous as they were.

There are some design flaws such as an anemic dash fan which takes forever to clear a windshield in Winter and barely blows cool air out in the Summer. The engine compartment is too tight to try and add an auxiliary fan. The side vent windows are fixed and do not vent so in the Summer you cook because the fan is weak and you cannot open the side vents to cause wind to blow into the car at you. Although an older convertible, it offers a hardtop section over your head for added protection. The trunk will not hold a full size suitcase so when traveling, you need to travel with smaller soft sided luggage or over night bags. The radio aerial does not retract all the way into the car and often gets bent or busted when the car is parked. The rotary engine likes oil and every 3rd or 4th gas fill up, you need a liter of oil as well. The car requires some cargo or the rear tires will wear in the inside because there is not enough weight to cause them to sit flat on the ground. It is a fun car in automatic and even more fun with a stick shift. The torque band goes crazy once you go over 5000 rpm and this car feels like a rocket whizzing around turns and up and down rises in the road. This is the car if you want to test yourself on a windy up and down zigzag road. have had a lot of sports cars and rag tops and this one has been the most fun with the most power under $45,000.

Well this is one of the main cars that I own right now. I added some aftermarket bodykits and now it looks really nice. The car feels really nice to handle and it drives pretty good for a 2002 car.

Most amazing madza car ever, i first discovered it in fast and furious Tokio drift. I loved to drive that car, amazing look, very fast car and also one of rhe best ever made by Madza far my favorite.

It's fast and fun but horrible on fuel. I've had it for many years. It's been very reliable but I can't drive it very often because of the gas problem

This was my first car, not a good choice. It was fun to drive but had very little room inside for storage or passengers. It was pricey to maintain if you wanted original parts being an import.

Love this car!! So good. Love rotary. Built one with an 87 skeleton and 90 shell. freakin awesome
