By submitting the submission form (the “Submission Form”) for the Test Drive Reward (the “Test Drive Reward”), you agree to the following terms and conditions as well as to Trader Corporation’s (“Trader”) privacy policy (www.autotrader.ca/general/info/privacy.aspx) and to the disclosure of the information you have provided in the Submission Form, including your name, email address, and phone number, to the dealer with whom you are requesting a test drive. In addition, you consent to Trader contacting you by phone or email following your use or discontinuance of the Test Drive Reward for the purpose of assessing your level of satisfaction with the Test Drive Rewards program. Limit one Test Drive Reward redemption per dealer per household per year. The digital redemption code (“Test Drive Coupon Code”) that Trader will provide to you following your submission of the Submission Form can only be redeemed for a gift card offer (the “Gift Card Offer”) at the dealer with whom you have agreed to take a test drive and only within 14 days of the date on which you have completed the Submission Form. In addition, you must take a test drive of the selected vehicle in your Submission Form or a reasonable substitute, discuss your vehicle needs and request a business card from a sales associate of such dealer to be eligible for the Gift Card Offer. The dealer will be the sole determiner of whether you have met the required criteria to be eligible to receive the Gift Card Offer and Trader shall in no way whatsoever be liable for a dealer’s determination. A Gift Card Offer may be redeemed only once, must be redeemed within 6 months of issuance and is void if copied or transferred and where prohibited or otherwise restricted. If all applicable criteria are met in the sole discretion of the applicable dealer, a link to the Gift Card Offer redemption code (the “Gift Card Code”) will be sent to the email account you have provided within 3 business days of the Dealer notifying Trader. Improper use, including any organized redemption campaign, by any individual or group constitutes fraud. The Gift Card Code may not be reproduced, copied, purchased, traded or sold. No refunds will be provided for any unused or partially used Gift Card Codes or reward cards for which a Gift Card Offer is redeemed. Trader Corporation and its affiliated corporations or other legal entities are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay to any person or property in connection with the Gift Card Offer or the use of the Gift Card Code and any reward card redeemed from a Gift Card Offer including, without limitation, the inability to redeem a Gift Card Offer or receive a Gift Card Code or any associated reward card, for any reason whatsoever and any harm or loss resulting from any goods or services purchased with the Gift Card Code and/or reward card. Trader has engaged a third party provider to supply the Gift Card Codes and Trader and its affiliated corporations or other legal entities are not responsible whatsoever for such third party provider’s inability to supply the Gift Card Codes and/or any reward cards or any other actions or inactions of such third party provider. In addition, Trader and its affiliated corporations or other legal entities are not liable for any loss, damage, or delay to any person or property in connection with attendance at the applicable dealership and/or the test drive of any vehicle. Must be 18 or older, a Canadian resident and present a valid Canadian Driver’s License to qualify.
