You are looking at a fairly rare, 2002 Chrysler/Plymouth Prowler. This is the last year of production for this car. These cars were only produced from 1999 until 2002. This car has always been garage jewelry and used only for special occasion drives. The car is all original, and looks and drives like a showroom-new vehicle. Indeed, with only 1745 miles, it could hardly be otherwise. Obviously, owned by a non-smoker, and NEVER driven in the rain or inclement weather. The car could be put on any showroom floor and would appear new. This would make a very good concours, show car or special occasion car. That's not to say that it wouldn't make a wonderful daily driver, too. For all of the radical appearance that these cars present, they drive quite nicely, with good to excellent wind protection, even with the top down.
These cars came from the factory rather fully loaded as standard equipment cars. The standard equipment includes, but is not limited to, driver and passenger airbags (with an on/off switch for the passenger bag), 4-wheel disc brakes, a soft convertible top with a glass rear window which has an electric defroster in it, AutoStick transmission, air conditioning, radio(AM/FM) with cassette, leather interior, leather-wrapped steering wheel, cruise/speed control, keyless entry system with 2 transmitters, tachometer (steering wheel column-mounted just like the old hotrods), intermittent wipers, electrochromatic mirrors, power outside mirrors, tire pressure monitoring, halogen headlamps, twin A arm/wishbone front suspension, front fenders that turn with the wheels, and so on.
This car is simply unique in terms of appearance and condition. The only small nit we can find to disclose is that the underside (and we mean literally underneath the car) of the nose of the car has a small rubbed area. But you literally have to be underneath the car to see this. It is so far underneath the car that we can't even get a camera under there to photo this, unless we were to put the car on a lift. We're probably being overly picky here, but we like to disclose ALL we know for 2002 the last year only 1436 were built and of that 420 were yellow
